I have sensitive skin, and I’m always a little nervous trying new soaps because some of them dry me out right away. I started using this one after a shower one evening when I was already tired and just trying to get through my routine, and I was surprised by how gentle it felt. No itchy or tight feeling afterward, which is usually my biggest complaint. The scent is nice too, not overpowering or perfumey. I’m taking off one star because the bar didn’t last quite as long as I was hoping, but overall I liked it and would buy it again

I ordered a few of these as a gift, and to be fair, the scents were really nice. But overall, it felt a bit underwhelming. The packaging didn’t feel very special, and one of the boxes looked slightly scuffed, which isn’t ideal when you’re giving it to someone. For the price, I think it’s fair to expect something that feels more polished and gift-ready. I’d maybe buy it for myself, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again as a present.

I was impressed with the selection here. Compared to a lot of soap shops where it feels like everyone has the same few scents, this place had way more variety and some cute little gift items too. I ended up finding a couple things for myself and something for a friend. It did take me a while to decide because there was so much to look through, but that’s a good problem to have. Overall, really happy with what I picked up.

I had a good experience shopping on Soap & Paper Factory. I’m not always the most patient when I’m browsing online, especially if I’m doing it after a long day, but the site was easy to get around and I found what I needed without getting annoyed or clicking in circles.
The product pages loaded quickly, the photos were clear, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t second-guess anything. Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood to deal with a complicated website, but this one made the whole process feel really smooth.

I mean... I waited two full weeks and the package still never showed up. It was frustrating, especially not really knowing what was going on.

The whole return process was just kind of a hassle. I figured I’d send it back and get my money quickly, but nope, the refund dragged on way longer than I expected. It was annoying having to keep checking and wondering what was going on.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the scents are nicer than I thought they’d be. They’re soft and noticeable without being that fake, sugary kind of smell that usually bothers me.

I also like that the fragrance hangs around for a while but doesn’t take over the whole room. It’s a simple thing, but I have to admit it made me curious enough to try a few more

I’m taking off one star only because I wish they had a few more budget-friendly options.

I tend to notice the little patterns with shipping, like whether the outside box takes a hit but the items inside are still protected, and that was basically the case here. The soaps were wrapped really cute, nothing leaked, and nothing was broken. One corner of the box was a little squished, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order again.
